User Invite Setup Guide

This guide walks you through accepting user invitations in AnalyzeMyCalls. There are two types of invites available: Organization Invite - Created by organization admins Team Invite - Created by organization admins and team leaders

Before You Start ⚠️

Critical Requirements:

  • You must NOT have an existing AMC account

  • You must NOT be logged into AMC with another account

  • Best Practice: Open invite links in incognito/private browser window

Failing to meet these requirements may cause signup errors.


Team Invite Process

Step 1: Access Your Invite

Your invite link will look like: https://app.analyzemycalls.ai/invite/team/[unique-code]

When you click it, you'll see:

You've Been Invited! Join [Team Leader's Name] team at [Organization Name] This invite expires on [Date] [Accept Invitation & Sign Up]

Step 2: Accept Invitation

Click the "Accept Invitation & Sign Up" button.

Step 3: Complete Signup Form

Fill out all required fields:

Must match VanillaSoft (or your current CRM) exactly

Spelling, capitalization, spacing must be identical

Must match VanillaSoft exactly

Spelling, capitalization, spacing must be identical

Email Address

Valid email format

Use your work email

Password

Meet security requirements

Choose a strong password

Confirm Password

Match password field

Must be identical

Click "Sign up" to complete registration.


Organization Invite Process

Step 1: Access Your Invite

Your invite link will look like: https://app.analyzemycalls.ai/invite/organization/[unique-code]

When you click it, you'll see:

You've Been Invited! Join [Organization Name] on AnalyzeMyCalls This invite expires on [Date] [Accept Invitation & Sign Up]

Step 2: Accept and Complete

Follow the same process as Team Invites - click "Accept Invitation & Sign Up" and fill out the signup form with identical requirements.


Important Requirements

Name Matching 🎯

Your first and last name must exactly match how they appear in VanillaSoft:

  • ✅ Same spelling

  • ✅ Same capitalization

  • ✅ Same spacing

  • ✅ Same special characters

Example:

  • VanillaSoft shows: "Mary-Jane O'Connor"

  • You must enter: "Mary-Jane O'Connor" (exactly)

Browser Requirements

  • Use incognito/private browsing mode

  • Clear any existing AMC sessions

  • Don't have multiple browser tabs open with AMC


Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

"Invite has expired"

  • Contact your team leader or admin for a new invite link

"Name doesn't match records"

  • Double-check spelling against VanillaSoft

  • Verify capitalization and spacing

  • Include any hyphens or apostrophes exactly as shown

"Account already exists"

  • You may already have an AMC account

  • Try logging in with existing credentials

  • Contact admin if you can't remember login details

"Signup failed" or errors

  • Use incognito browser window

  • Ensure you're not logged into another AMC account

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
