🚀 What’s New in v2.14.0

📊 Weekly Activity Report on the Homepage

Admins can now review the Weekly Activity Report directly from the AMC homepage.

The report appears below Team Improvement Tasks and shows the previous full week, Monday through Sunday, with team leader activity, reviewed calls, reviewed agents, active days, last activity, inactive leader callouts, and revenue-related metrics such as referral and underpriced policy activity.

To keep the homepage fast, the report is cached per customer and refreshed weekly.

🔍 Database Performance Visibility

AMC now has stronger database query telemetry in place to help identify and prioritize performance improvements.

This release adds visibility into slow queries, high-impact database workloads, query execution patterns, and production performance bottlenecks. These insights will help the team build a more focused optimization backlog and improve platform reliability over time.

👥 Team Management Access Fix

Team Management access has been aligned across the app.

Admins who have access to the Team Management navigation item can now open and use the page correctly, while team leaders continue to have the same access as before. Users without the required permissions remain restricted.

🔄 Team Data Refresh Improvements

Team-related data now refreshes more reliably across the app after team changes.

Updates to teams, members, filters, organization views, agent calls, AI Assistant team selection, and team comparison views now use a more consistent invalidation flow. This helps reduce stale data and keeps team-based workflows better synchronized.

⚙️ Platform Reliability Improvements

This release includes additional backend, authorization, caching, reporting, and data consistency improvements across homepage reporting, team management, authentication context, and team-shaped data workflows.

🚀 What’s New in v2.13.0

🔎 Agent & Team Drill-Down for Revenue Optimization

Revenue Optimization now gives managers a deeper way to investigate referral opportunities and underpriced policy detections.

Managers can click into agent-level views to review the related calls, inspect call details, and open transcripts directly from the dashboard. Multi-agent and team-based views make it easier to compare performance, identify coaching patterns, and understand where revenue opportunities are being missed.

🏆 Team vs Team Revenue Performance

A new Team vs Team section has been added to Revenue Optimization, focused specifically on referral performance.

Managers can compare teams side by side using referral-specific metrics such as Ask Rate, Missed Opportunities, and Total Identified Opportunities. Detailed drill-down views also show agent-level performance within each team, helping leaders quickly spot top performers and coaching opportunities.

📊 Revenue Optimization Chart Improvements

The Referral Opportunities by Agent chart has been refined to make the most important insights easier to find.

Managers can now switch between views focused on agents with the most missed referral opportunities and agents with the most successful referral asks. This makes the chart more actionable for both coaching and recognition.

📈 Weekly Activity Reports with Revenue Metrics

Weekly Activity Reports now include additional revenue-focused metrics, giving teams more visibility into referral activity and underpriced policy trends.

This expands weekly reporting beyond activity and performance tracking, helping managers connect coaching insights with revenue optimization opportunities.

🛠️ Improvement Task Generation Restored

Weekly improvement task generation has been fixed and made more reliable.

The generation flow now handles external rate limits more safely, reducing missed task creation and helping ensure eligible agents continue receiving weekly coaching tasks on the homepage.

🧩 Integration & Data Mapping Improvements

Clarity processing now uses real external user IDs, improving user matching and integration accuracy.

Additional fixes improve agent matching, external ID handling, and call ownership behavior across customer environments.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

General fixes and refinements across Revenue Optimization, transcript drawers, weekly task generation, notification/admin linkage workflows, monetization charts, and platform reliability.

🚀 What’s New in v2.12.0

💰 Revenue Optimization

AMC now includes a dedicated Revenue Optimization area for managers and admins. This new section helps teams identify AI-detected referral opportunities and underpriced policy detections across their calls.

Managers can review summary metrics, agent-level charts, referral insights, underpriced policy trends, searchable call lists, expandable details, and direct transcript access — all from one focused workspace.

🤖 Smarter AI Assistant Experience

The AI Assistant has been improved with a more focused and interactive experience. Conversations can now be scoped to a selected team, making answers more relevant to the manager’s accessible call data.

The assistant also now supports clearer thinking states, follow-up suggestions, improved session handling, and more reliable conversation history.

✉️ Branded Notification Emails with AI Highlights

Notification emails now use updated AMC-branded templates with clearer formatting, dashboard links, notification preference links, and unsubscribe options.

Emails can now include concise AI-generated highlights, making notifications easier to scan and more actionable across tasks, performance updates, compliance items, call reviews, and agent attention alerts.

📞 Call Outcome Visibility & Advanced Filtering

Agent call results now include a new call outcome column showing whether a call progressed or did not progress.

Leadership users can also use a new advanced progression filter to view Progressed, Not Progressed, or All calls. Filter selections are preserved in the URL, making navigation and refresh behavior more consistent.

🎧 Clickable Reference Calls in Improvement Tasks

Improvement task references are now more reliable and more useful. AMC now references real call IDs instead of hypothetical or invented examples.

Reference call quotes can also be clicked to open the related transcript when available, making it easier for managers and agents to review the exact call context behind a coaching recommendation.

✍️ Shorter, Clearer Improvement Tasks

Generated improvement tasks are now shorter, more consistent, and easier to act on.

Task titles, narratives, coaching details, action items, and practice drills have been refined to reduce verbosity while keeping the coaching value clear.

⚙️ Shareable Settings State

Settings and filters can now persist in the URL, helping users keep their selected view when refreshing, navigating, or sharing links.

This improves continuity across pages and makes repeated workflows more predictable.

📤 Manual Upload Improvements

Manual audio upload has been improved for transcription workflows. Upload tracking is more reliable, completed files are displayed more clearly, and transcription queue handling has been strengthened.

These updates make manual call upload and processing more stable end-to-end.

🛡️ Security & Platform Hardening

This release includes a broad set of security and platform hardening improvements across authentication, authorization, session handling, role validation, upload validation, tenant isolation, and access control.

🔧 Fixes & Improvements

General fixes and refinements across notifications, Clarity processing, homepage performance, Command Center behavior, section naming, AI session handling, manual uploads, and platform reliability.
